Built by operators across credit, capital markets, and technology

We’ve raised capital, worked on the originator side of the table, and built the technology underneath financial workflows. Now we’re building infrastructure for private credit participants to coordinate records, reporting, settlement workflows, and audit trails.

Private credit is one of the fastest-growing asset classes in finance. Institutions are increasing their allocations every year. But the infrastructure hasn’t kept pace.

Why GetLiquid exists

Deals still close the way they did when the market was a fraction of its current size. Paper documents, manual wires, quarterly reporting, and every new relationship built from scratch. Each side of the deal builds its own stack, manages its own data, and settles on its own timeline.

GetLiquid was built to fix this. We provide a shared operating layer for approved originators and eligible capital providers, supporting structured deal pages, settlement coordination, real-time reporting, reconciliation, and audit trails from day one.

We don’t lend. We don’t compete for capital. We don’t carry balance-sheet risk. We win when the private credit ecosystem becomes easier to operate, which is why approved originators and eligible allocators get shared infrastructure.

GetLiquid is built by operators across private credit, real estate finance, compliance, and financial technology. We provide the operating layer for approved originators and eligible capital providers, while lenders, servicers, custodians, payment partners, and regulated infrastructure providers retain their respective legal roles.

Chief Executive Officer

Mike Bitonti is the founder and CEO of GetLiquid.io.

He has spent his career operating at the intersection of finance, real estate, and technology, financing and structuring private credit transactions long before software caught up to the asset class.

He started GetLiquid because he kept watching nine-figure deals close on tools built for a smaller market.

He leads the company's product direction, capital partnerships, and originator network, and is based in Washington, DC.

Build on the rails, not around them.
